If you're like me then you'll know that the Playstation was the go-to console for anything and everything related to video games. With my friends, we would talk about our favourite games and excitedly await new releases. We would debate which of the most recent releases were superior and what each one had to offer. And with every passing year Sony pumped out a new thing for us to buy, we were all too happy to oblige them with our wallets open wide.We're now in 2018 and we live in a vastly different world than before. We've seen the rise and fall of Nintendo and their new portable console Nintendo Switch. We're in a time where we shouldn't be buying games anymore and with the release of Playstation Now, we shouldn't even be playing games on our consoles anymore. So let's look at the most iconic games that we used to play on our Playstation consoles, I mean everything from Crash Bandicoot to Metal Gear Solid to Final Fantasy VII, these are the games that got us hooked. These are the titles that have have made us into what are today are fans of video-games. It wasn't gaming for me at all, music was what I loved to do so it wasn't until many years later when my friend at school showed an interest in gaming. His name was Nick and he seemed the coolest kid at school. I envied his collection of video games, they were so vast and one day I asked him if I could borrow a few of them so that I could have a play.
